Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide customer service.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Schedule, reschedule and dispatch appointments as needed.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Attention to detail
  • A warm and friendly communication style and capable computer skills, (data entry and Microsoft Office experience ideal)
  • Positivity, and the ability to multi-task
  • Eagerness to learn and the desire for growth
  • Weekend availability as needed
